RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be completely unused, unplayed, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, protective face film, tags, and handle shrink-wrap must remain completely intact and sealed.
• Items showing any ball marks, court scrapes, edge-guard scuffs, or removed plastic wrap are strictly non-refundable and will be returned to the sender.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To initiate a return, contact us at omar@vptperformance.co with your order number and clear photos of the unopened item.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus initial shipping fees.

4. 30-Day Limited Manufacturer Warranty

VPT Performance paddles include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against structural manufacturing defects (such as core delamination or throat/handle structural failure under standard play).

Warranty Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic surface fading, edge-guard scratches, and graphic wear from regular court contact.
• Damage resulting from misuse, throwing/slamming the paddle, modifications, or neglect.
• Overgrips, accessories, and replacement parts.

5. Final Sale & Limited Batch Items

Pre-orders, limited batch drops, factory-seconds, and items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and eligible for warranty replacement only in the event of a verified manufacturer defect.
